Aerobics, Step It Up

Look better and feel better as you step and tone
your way to better muscle fitness and cardiovascular endurance. Designed for
beginner and experienced steppers, all ages will enjoy this challenging
fat-burning step aerobics routine. Program includes the use of hand weights and
ends with abdominal work. Put a smile on your face first thing in the morning,
meet friendly people and come prepared to work hard.  Please bring your own hand weights. Steps are provided.
