RESERVATIONS To reserve a room, we will require a down payment of 1st night plus tax or 25% of the total (for weekly rentals). Remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in form of cash, money order or credit card (except June Grad reservations)

EARLY ARRIVALS If you arrive prior to check in time, we will let you check in if your room is ready for no additional charge after 1pm. If you would like to check in prior to 1pm, early check in is available for a small fee if the room is ready. Feel free to use the rest room in the pool area to change and head to the beach in case of early arrival. Please use the complimentary early arrival parking. Those booking direct on our website or over the phone, will have a complimentary early check in as long as the room is available.
CHECK IN TIME is 3pm
CHECK OUT TIME is 11am (10am in June)
LATE CHECK OUTS Please check with the front desk if the late check out is available on the day of your departure!
SMOKING All our guest rooms (units) are 100% smoke free and we have designated smoking areas throughout the property. If we find evidence that you have smoked, vaped or burned incense in the guest room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 plus any damages. You and your guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds for the unused portion of your stay.
PETS Positively no pets allowed in any of our accommodations! You will be asked to leave if a pet is found in your room and we will NOT issue a refund. If you’re looking for pet friendly accommodations, please contact us over the phone for pet friendly rooms at our sister location on 3rd street & Baltimore Ave.
NOISE Beach Bum motel has instated a ZERO TOLERANCE noise, damage and disrespectful language policy. Following a complaint you and any guests in your room may be asked to leave immediately. You will NOT receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. We consider after 9 p.m. family wind down time and we strictly enforce this policy. Any malicious damages done to your room during your stay will be charged accordingly.
CANCELLATION (Does not apply to June Grads or bookings made through the 3rd party sites) If cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival refund will be issued. Since we are a resort town, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival day, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather, or in case of an early departure. To sum it up, all changes to the reservation should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to incur no losses.
